Our objective is to develop an ongoing, and mutually beneficial, relationship with every client organisation. To do that, we must earn your trust and make dealing with us as easy and pleasurable as possible.

We will discuss briefly your issues over the phone and, if you are comfortable at that point, we would anticipate being invited to an initial exploratory meeting with you. (If your need appears to be outside our areas of expertise, we will endeavour to provide you with a list of more appropriate organisations, better placed to help you).
This, and any further, agreed meetings will give you the vital opportunity to: -
- Compare our views with your understanding of your situation
- Understand more fully our capabilities
- Satisfy yourself, or otherwise, that we are capable of delivering your requirement and that you are comfortable to work with us.
The meeting(s) will also enable us to get a better feel for your organisation, its values and of the subject matter, so we can assess accurately our suitability to deliver your requirements.
Based on the dialogue during these meetings we will produce for you a proposal document, defining the role that we believe you wish us to play within your company and the likely timescales, investment, etc. required for delivery. The number of meetings needed to get to this point will vary with the complexity of your requirement.
Once there is agreement on this potential role, the decision to engage us or to decline our services then rests with you. It is important to emphasise that up to, and including, this point our services will be completely free of charge.
Should you wish us to work with you, we would then move forward based on a signed proposal document.
