About Us We are a small organisation, able to offer a bespoke service using only mature consultants with considerable business management and consulting experience across a wide range of disciplines. All programmes are managed by the Operational Director, Dennis Shepherd, who also takes an active involvement in the detail of each assignment. Our carefully chosen associates join the company only as a result of personal recommendation of employees or existing associates. All are completely business oriented as well as having management and/or technical expertise within their own fields. We do not advertise externally for associates. We enjoy helping clients and get a great deal of satisfaction from each programme. We also attempt to make the experience of our clients' employees as enjoyable and rewarding as possible within the context of the situation. We understand the sensitivity of many of our consultancy assignments and generally operate under a non-disclosure agreement. Even when a client does not require this, we continue to respect the wishes of the majority of our clients and will not reveal their identity unless expressly authorised. We aim to bring quantifiable business benefit to every assignment. We are actively involved in the implementation phases of the vast majority of these. We make no claim to know everything! If we believe we cannot help, we will let you know, but may well be able to direct you to others whose expertise is more closely matched to your needs.
